TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The contract between LE1webdesign.co.uk and the client will be on these terms and conditions.
All work carried out is on the understanding that the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
LE1 will commence work after receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £50.
The remaining % of total fee to be paid on completion of website.
After payment The clients website will then go live on the internet.
The non-refundable deposit includes Domain name registration and setting up
your Hosting account.
The client will provide all content including text and pictures.
The content is the responsibilty of the client regarding copyright usage.
This includes any content supplied by LE1.
LE1 expect the client to have carried out research into business operating legalities.
Any work required above the estimation or added after will incur extra charges.
Including extra design work after approval.
Our Hosting has a 99.9% up time, but LE1 cannot guarantee this and will not be held responsible
for any unforseen technical problems. However LE1 will endeavour to provide the best Hosting available.
LE1 will not be responsible for any affects on the clients business sales or profits
that LE1 has provided a service for.
LE1 will contact the client when Domain name & Hosting are due for renewal (per annum).
The payment must be received within 7 days of expiry date.
Failure to provide payment could result in LOSING YOUR DOMAIN NAME, and incur an extra
fee to set up your hosting account again.
LE1 does not in anyway have any control over the content of any clients website.
And does not endorse or influence content in anyway.
All information contained on a clients website is solely the clients responsibilty.
LE1 will provide links to a clients website from www.Le1webdesign.co.uk
and also include a footer link to www.Le1webdesign.co.uk on your website.
LE1 reserve the right to change or modify the Terms & Conditions at anytime.
